Introduction

NeoLiberland is a self-declared state - a hyper-diplomatic entity. Controversial celebrities, oligarchs and political refugees resort once a year during spring for a couple of weeks, from their metropolitan residences scattered across the globe or country of exil, to a haven of speculation on the banks of the Danube River. Here, these nomadic citizens discuss the future of their Potemkin state of investment and enjoy extraterritorial privileges in a walled topiary garden that hosts and nurtures diplomatic affinities.
